Delhi – Agra – Jaipur – Deogarh – Udaipur
Day 1 / Delhi – Arrival
Arrive into Delhi and exhale. You’ll be met at the airport and transferred to our grand hotel — a soft, elegant landing into India. As the evening cools, we wander through the vibrant Janpath markets — scarves, silver, incense and colour everywhere — before gathering for dinner at a beloved Delhi institution.
Day 2 / Delhi
We explore New Delhi by tuk tuk — cruising past grand avenues and leafy roundabouts to Humayun’s Tomb, the poetic precursor to the Taj. We wander through Lodhi Gardens, visit a serene Sikh temple kitchen, and pause for roadside chai. The afternoon is yours to rest or swim before we head out again for twilight market browsing and dinner at one of Delhi’s most stylish local favourites.
Day 3 / Old Delhi
Today we dive into the intoxicating heart of Old Delhi. On foot and by rickshaw, we weave through Chandni Chowk’s spice markets, temples and hidden lanes alive with colour and devotion. The afternoon is free to relax by the pool before dinner at a lively Punjabi restaurant.
Day 4 / Delhi to Agra
We drive to Agra, stopping for chai along the way. In the afternoon, we step inside centuries-old Mughal artisan workshops. Watch semi-precious stones delicately inlaid into marble — the very technique that adorns the Taj Mahal — and see intricate gold zari embroidery stitched entirely by hand. By the time you see the Taj, you’ll understand it on a deeper level. Dinner tonight is at our intimate boutique hotel.
Day 5 / Agra to Jaipur
At sunrise, we witness the Taj Mahal bathed in soft morning light — quiet, luminous, unforgettable. Later, we journey to Jaipur and check into our exquisite heritage hotel. As evening falls, we dine beneath a sprawling banyan tree — lanterns glowing and the call to prayer in the distance.
Day 6 / Jaipur – Holi Festival
Today, Jaipur explodes in colour. We celebrate Holi — India’s joyous spring festival — riding jeeps through the city to a private rooftop gathering where clouds of pink, saffron and electric blue fill the air. Music plays, laughter rises, strangers become friends. It is pure, unfiltered joy.
Day 7 / Jaipur
We begin with a tuk tuk ride through morning markets and visit the devotional Govind Ji Temple. Then we wander Jaipur’s vibrant bazaars — textiles, block prints, bangles and gemstones. Dinner tonight is in the prettiest garden setting in Jaipur — fairy lights, fragrant flowers and long conversations under the stars.
Day 8 / Jaipur to Deogarh
Leaving the city behind, we travel into the countryside to Deogarh and check into a restored Maharani’s palace. The afternoon is slow and spacious — explore the village, sip tea on the terrace, or lounge by the pool. Dinner is relaxed and intimate, far from the noise of the world.
Day 9 / Deogarh
A gentle morning unfolds before we head out by jeep into the surrounding countryside. We meet local families, visit farms and witness daily village rhythms. Tonight, we dine on the rooftop beneath the stars.
Day 10 / Deogarh to Udaipur
We drive to Udaipur — Rajasthan’s most romantic city — and check into our lakeside haveli overlooking shimmering Lake Pichola. The afternoon is yours to explore winding lanes and artisan boutiques before a sunset boat ride across the water.
Day 11 / Udaipur
Optional sunrise yoga to greet the day. We explore the grand City Palace before diving into Udaipur’s bustling lanes – miniature paintings, textiles, jewellery and antiques. In the evening, we gather for a rooftop farewell dinner overlooking the lake — toasting friendships, colour, and the journey we’ve shared.
Day 12 / Udaipur to Home
After breakfast (and perhaps one last yoga stretch), we transfer to the airport for your flight to Delhi and onward home — carrying memories of marble, colour, music, and magic.
